About Rahab House
Rahab House is a Christian non-profit organization called to the rescue, refuge, and restoration of human trafficking survivors. We are called to provide comprehensive support that encompasses immediate safety and connections to long-term restorative care in alignment with the person and work of Jesus Christ. By seeing every survivor as an individual story, Rahab House invites survivors, volunteers, and the community into the transformative work of rescue, healing, and redemption in Nashville as it will be in Eternity.

How We Can Help
Rescue Operations
Rahab House is trained to assist people in emergency situations, especially those exiting the cycle of human trafficking. This includes providing immediate support and safety to people in various situations and personal survivor stories.
Refuge + Immediate Care
God has called us to provide short-term refuge (ranging from one to 90 days) in a home setting. Once fully realized, this phase includes case management and a temporary safe space away from chaos, where people will receive prayer support, detoxification assistance, and guidance on their next steps.
Long-Term Restorative Care
The vision of long-term care with Rahab House includes spiritual nurturing through the gospel, with a focus on the fruit of the Spirit. This phase is about more than just recovery; it's about transformation and redefining identities away from victimhood.
Individualized Approach
Each person who comes to Rahab House is an individual with a unique story. The organization is committed to understanding God's specific plan for each person, ensuring that the care provided is personalized and not a one-size-fits-all program.
Spiritual + Emotional Healing
Rahab House trusts the Holy Spirit to invite survivors into real, lasting inner healing and trauma recovery.
In addition to in-house partnerships with specialized counselors and therapists, the approach is wholly reliant on the Spirit's faithfulness to meet people‘s needs no matter the setting - counseling sessions, rediscovering family routines, or engaging with enriching activities like gardening, equine therapy, and Bible study.
